Eligibility Requirements
To participate in the FlashCloud Affiliate Program, you must meet certain eligibility requirements and maintain compliance with our standards throughout your participation. You must be at least eighteen years of age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements in your jurisdiction. If you are applying on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you must have the authority to bind that entity to these terms. Your application to the Affiliate Program must include complete and accurate information about all websites, domains, social media accounts, and other platforms on which you intend to promote FlashCloud services. You must disclose all promotional channels you plan to use, and you may not promote FlashCloud on platforms that were not included in your application without first updating your application and receiving approval. FlashCloud reserves the right to reject any application to the Affiliate Program at our sole discretion. We also reserve the right to remove any website or platform from an approved affiliate account if we determine that it contains illegal content, deceptive practices, offensive material, misleading information, or content that is otherwise inconsistent with FlashCloud's brand and values. We will notify you if we remove a platform from your account and provide an opportunity to address our concerns where appropriate.
Commission Structure
Affiliates earn commissions for referring new customers who make qualifying purchases of FlashCloud hosting services. Our commission structure rewards affiliates who generate higher volumes of qualified sales with increased per-sale commission rates. For affiliates who generate between one and five qualified sales in a calendar month, the commission rate is seventy-five dollars per sale. For affiliates who generate between six and ten qualified sales in a calendar month, the commission rate increases to one hundred dollars per sale. For affiliates who generate between eleven and twenty qualified sales in a calendar month, the commission rate is one hundred fifty dollars per sale. Affiliates who consistently generate more than twenty qualified sales per month may be eligible for custom negotiated rates, and such affiliates should contact our affiliate team to discuss partnership opportunities. A qualified sale is defined as a first-time hosting purchase made by a new customer who was referred to FlashCloud through your unique affiliate tracking link. To qualify for commission, the customer must be genuinely new to FlashCloud, meaning they have not previously purchased hosting services from us or maintained an account with us. Only the initial purchase made by a referred customer is eligible for commission unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Subsequent purchases, renewals, and upgrades made by referred customers do not generate additional commissions under the standard program terms. There is no cap on the total commissions you may earn through the Affiliate Program. Your earning potential is limited only by the number of qualified sales you are able to generate through legitimate promotional activities.
Payment Terms
All commissions earned through the FlashCloud Affiliate Program are paid in United States Dollars. We do not offer payment in other currencies, and affiliates located outside the United States are responsible for any currency conversion that may be necessary. The minimum payout threshold is one hundred dollars. Commissions will accumulate in your affiliate account until your balance reaches the minimum threshold, at which point you become eligible for payment. If your balance does not reach the minimum threshold, it will carry forward to subsequent months until the threshold is met. We offer payment via PayPal or bank wire transfer. You must provide accurate payment information in your affiliate dashboard, and you are responsible for ensuring that your payment details remain current. FlashCloud is not responsible for payments that fail or are delayed due to incorrect payment information provided by the affiliate. Commission payments are processed on the fifth day of each month, or on the next business day if the fifth falls on a weekend or public holiday. Payments cover commissions that have completed the review period and been approved for payment. Each sale undergoes a review period of thirty-five days following the end of the month in which the sale occurred. This review period allows us to verify that sales are legitimate, that customers do not request refunds during the money-back guarantee period, and that all program terms have been followed. Sales that pass review are approved for payment in the next payment cycle. If a customer who was referred through your affiliate link requests and receives a refund during FlashCloud's thirty-day money-back guarantee period, the commission associated with that sale will be reversed before payout. We track refund activity carefully to ensure that affiliates are paid only for sales that result in retained customers. Affiliates are responsible for any bank transfer fees, wire fees, PayPal fees, or currency conversion costs associated with receiving their commission payments. FlashCloud pays the stated commission amount, and any fees deducted by payment processors or financial institutions are the affiliate's responsibility. FlashCloud reserves the right to withhold payment for any transaction that appears to be fraudulent, incomplete, or in violation of these terms until we have completed our investigation and verified the legitimacy of the transaction. If we determine that a transaction was fraudulent or violated program terms, the associated commission will be forfeited.
Tracking and Attribution
Each affiliate receives a unique tracking identifier that is embedded in their affiliate links. When a potential customer clicks on your affiliate link, our system records the click and places a tracking cookie on the visitor's browser. This cookie allows us to attribute subsequent purchases to your affiliate account. The cookie duration for the FlashCloud Affiliate Program is ninety days from the initial click. If a visitor clicks your affiliate link and makes a purchase within ninety days, you will receive credit for that sale, provided no other affiliate link was clicked more recently. We use a last-click attribution model, which means that the affiliate whose link was clicked most recently before the purchase receives credit for the sale. If a potential customer clicks multiple affiliate links from different affiliates before making a purchase, only the affiliate whose link was clicked last will receive the commission. Self-referrals are strictly prohibited. You may not use your own affiliate links to make purchases for yourself, for family members, for your business, or for any accounts or entities under your control. Commissions generated through self-referrals are void and will not be paid. Engaging in self-referral activity may result in termination from the Affiliate Program and forfeiture of all pending commissions. Affiliate tracking depends on browser cookies functioning properly. If a visitor clears their browser cookies, uses a different device, switches browsers, or uses privacy tools that block cookies, the tracking connection may be broken and we may be unable to attribute the sale to your affiliate account. FlashCloud is not responsible for lost attribution due to visitor behavior or technical limitations of cookie-based tracking.
Prohibited Conduct
To maintain the integrity of the FlashCloud Affiliate Program and protect our brand, affiliates must refrain from certain promotional practices and conduct. Affiliates may not bid on FlashCloud's brand name, variations of our brand name such as "Flash Cloud," misspellings of our brand name, or similar terms in pay-per-click advertising, paid search campaigns, or any form of paid advertising. This restriction applies to all advertising platforms including but not limited to Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, and similar services. Affiliates may not use FlashCloud's brand name, logo, trademarks, or domain name in advertising copy, display URLs, or any other advertising creative without prior written approval from FlashCloud. If you wish to use our brand assets in your advertising, you must submit a request to our affiliate team and receive explicit approval before proceeding. Affiliates may not send unsolicited emails, text messages, or any form of spam to promote FlashCloud services. All email marketing must be conducted in compliance with applicable anti-spam laws including the CAN-SPAM Act, and recipients must have explicitly opted in to receive communications from you. Purchasing email lists or sending promotional messages to people who have not consented to receive them is strictly prohibited. Affiliates may not operate coupon websites, deal websites, or voucher platforms that promote FlashCloud without prior written approval from our affiliate team. If you wish to promote FlashCloud through a coupon or deal site, you must apply for approval and agree to additional terms governing such promotion. Affiliates may not offer unauthorized cashback, rebates, incentives, or rewards to customers for purchasing FlashCloud services through their affiliate links. Any incentive programs must be approved by FlashCloud in writing before implementation. Affiliates may not copy, replicate, or create derivative works based on FlashCloud's website, content, branding, or marketing materials. You may use the official marketing materials provided through the affiliate dashboard, but you may not create materials that could be confused with official FlashCloud communications. Affiliates may not use deceptive redirects, cookie stuffing, click fraud, artificial traffic generation, or any other manipulative techniques to generate clicks or inflate commission earnings. Such activities constitute fraud and will result in immediate termination from the Program. Affiliates may not mislead potential customers about FlashCloud's pricing, promotions, features, or any other aspect of our services. All promotional content must be accurate and truthful. Affiliates may not represent themselves as employees, agents, or representatives of FlashCloud, nor may they suggest any ownership interest in or official relationship with FlashCloud beyond their status as independent affiliates. Violations of any of these prohibitions may result in suspension of your affiliate account, withholding of pending commissions, reversal of commissions previously earned through prohibited activities, or permanent removal from the Affiliate Program.
Coupon and Deal Websites
Participation in the FlashCloud Affiliate Program through coupon websites, deal websites, voucher platforms, or similar promotional channels requires prior written approval from FlashCloud. Operating such a site without approval constitutes a violation of these terms. Affiliates who receive approval to promote FlashCloud through coupon and deal channels must adhere to additional requirements. Approved coupon affiliates must use only official coupon codes and promotional offers that have been provided by FlashCloud. Publishing unofficial, fabricated, or expired coupon codes is prohibited. Approved affiliates must avoid publishing offers that are expired, inaccurate, or misleading. All promotional offers must clearly display applicable terms, conditions, restrictions, and expiration dates so that customers understand exactly what they are receiving. Unauthorized coupon activity, including the publication of fake or misleading offers, may result in immediate removal from the Affiliate Program without opportunity to cure the violation.
Affiliate Dashboard and Reporting
Upon approval into the Affiliate Program, you will receive access to the FlashCloud affiliate dashboard, which serves as your central hub for managing your participation in the Program. The affiliate dashboard provides real-time tracking of clicks on your affiliate links, sales attributed to your account, and commissions earned. You can monitor your performance and identify which promotional channels are most effective. The dashboard displays detailed transaction statuses for each referred sale, including whether a sale is pending review, has been approved for payment, has been paid, or has been reversed due to refund or policy violation. Through the dashboard, you can generate custom tracking links and create Sub-IDs to help you track the performance of different promotional campaigns or channels. You also have access to official banners, creative assets, and marketing materials that you may use in your promotional activities. You are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information and payment details in your affiliate dashboard. If your contact information changes, you must update it promptly to ensure you continue to receive important communications about the Program. If your payment information changes, you must update it before the next payment cycle to avoid payment delays.
Disclosure Requirements
As a participant in the FlashCloud Affiliate Program, you have legal and ethical obligations to disclose your affiliate relationship when promoting FlashCloud services. You must clearly identify yourself as an independent promoter of FlashCloud services and not as an employee, agent, partner, or representative of FlashCloud. You should never suggest or imply that you have any official capacity with FlashCloud beyond your status as an affiliate. All promotional content that includes affiliate links must include a clear and conspicuous disclosure that you may earn a commission from qualifying purchases. This disclosure should be placed in close proximity to your affiliate links and should be easily noticeable to your audience. Example disclosures include statements such as "I may earn a commission if you purchase through this link" or "This post contains affiliate links." You must comply with all applicable advertising disclosure laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to the Federal Trade Commission's guidelines on endorsements and testimonials in the United States, the General Data Protection Regulation in the European Union, and equivalent regulations in other jurisdictions where you promote FlashCloud services. Failure to comply with applicable disclosure requirements may result in removal from the Affiliate Program.
Relationship of the Parties
Your participation in the FlashCloud Affiliate Program establishes you as an independent contractor. Nothing in these terms creates an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, agency relationship, or franchise between you and FlashCloud. As an independent contractor, you are solely responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and compliance with applicable laws. FlashCloud will not withhold taxes from your commission payments, and you are responsible for reporting your affiliate income and paying any applicable taxes in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction. You have no authority to bind FlashCloud to any agreement or obligation, and you may not represent or imply that you have such authority. You may not make any promises, warranties, or representations on behalf of FlashCloud.
Account Suspension and Termination
FlashCloud may suspend or terminate any affiliate account at our sole discretion for violation of these terms or any FlashCloud policy, fraudulent or deceptive activity, generating poor-quality traffic or leads, negative impact on the FlashCloud brand, failure to comply with disclosure requirements, or any other reason we deem sufficient to protect the integrity of the Program. Upon termination of your affiliate account, any valid commissions that were earned before termination and have completed the review period will be paid in accordance with our standard payment schedule, provided those commissions were not associated with violations of program terms. Commissions that are associated with fraudulent activity, policy violations, or prohibited conduct are forfeited and will not be paid regardless of when they were earned. Following termination, you must remove all FlashCloud affiliate links from your websites, social media accounts, and other promotional channels. You must cease using any FlashCloud marketing materials, logos, or brand assets. Continued use of FlashCloud branding or affiliate links after termination may result in legal action. You may voluntarily terminate your participation in the Affiliate Program at any time by providing written notice to our affiliate team at affiliates@flashcloud.com. Upon voluntary termination, any commissions that have been earned and approved will be paid in accordance with our standard payment schedule, subject to the minimum payout threshold.
Modification of Terms
FlashCloud reserves the right to modify these Affiliate Program Terms, commission rates, cookie duration, payment terms, and any other aspect of the Program at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email to the address associated with your affiliate account or through an announcement on the affiliate dashboard. If you disagree with any changes to these terms, you may terminate your participation in the Program by providing written notice within ten business days of receiving notice of the changes. If you do not terminate within this period, your continued participation constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Incorporation of Other Policies
These Affiliate Program Terms operate alongside and incorporate FlashCloud's other policies, including our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy. As an affiliate, you agree to comply with all applicable policies published on the FlashCloud website. In the event of any conflict between these Affiliate Program Terms and other FlashCloud policies, these terms shall control with respect to matters specifically related to the Affiliate Program.
Audit Rights
FlashCloud reserves the right to audit affiliate accounts and promotional activities to verify compliance with these terms and the integrity of referred sales. In connection with an audit, we may request documentation of your traffic sources, screenshots of your promotional content, records of your marketing activities, or other information relevant to our review. You agree to cooperate fully with any audit and to provide requested information within a reasonable timeframe. Refusal to cooperate with an audit or failure to provide requested documentation may result in withholding of pending commissions, suspension of your affiliate account, or termination from the Program.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FlashCloud, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and partners from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to your marketing activities, your violation of these terms, your violation of any applicable law or regulation, your infringement of any third-party rights, or any claims brought by third parties in connection with your participation in the Affiliate Program.
Force Majeure
FlashCloud shall not be liable for any delays, failures, or interruptions in the operation of the Affiliate Program caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Such circumstances include but are not limited to natural disasters, acts of war or terrorism, cyber-attacks, power outages, internet service disruptions, failures of third-party tracking systems, and government actions. If a force majeure event affects the Program's operation or our ability to track affiliate referrals, we will make reasonable efforts to restore normal operations as quickly as possible, but we shall not be liable for any commissions or other amounts that may be affected.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FlashCloud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your participation in the Affiliate Program. This limitation includes but is not limited to loss of revenue, loss of anticipated commissions, loss of data, and loss of business opportunities. FlashCloud's total liability under these Affiliate Program Terms for any and all claims shall not exceed the total commissions actually paid to you in the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory upon which the claim is based and regardless of whether FlashCloud has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Affiliate Program Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to principles of conflict of laws. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or your participation in the Affiliate Program shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
Survival
The provisions of these terms relating to indemnification, limitation of liability, governing law, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect following the termination of your participation in the Affiliate Program.
