If you have hosting with us but no website yet, we'll build you one — for free. It's a real human team, not a templated drag-and-drop tool. You tell us about your business, what you want the site to do, and we'll have something for you to review within a few days.
Who's eligible
You qualify for a Free Website if you have:
- An active hosting account (any plan), or
- An active domain registration with us.
That's the only gate. You don't need a particular plan tier or annual subscription.
How to request one
- Sign in and head to Free Website.
- Pick the domain you want the site built on.
- Tell us about your business — name, type (local business, restaurant, professional service, etc.), and a short description.
- Choose a site type: single-page or multi-page.
- Pick a deploy target: live (replaces what's currently at the domain), staging (a separate subdomain we set up for review), or temporary (a placeholder we hand over later).
- Add an accent color, social media links, and any extra notes — a tone of voice, content you want included, examples of sites you like.
- Submit.
The form is short and forgiving. You don't need to have everything figured out — anything missing, our team will ask about during the build.
What happens after you submit
When you submit the form, we open a ticket in our customer-success queue and reply to confirm we've received it, usually within a few hours during business days. From there:
- A team member is assigned to your site.
- We may follow up with a few clarifying questions (logo files, copy direction, the products or services you want featured).
- We build the first version and send it to you for review.
- You give feedback; we revise. Typically one or two rounds.
- We deploy to your chosen target.
Turnaround for a single-page site is usually a few business days. Multi-page sites take longer depending on how much copy and structure they need.

- Hooked up to your domain's DNS, with SSL already issued and renewing automatically.
- Basic SEO setup (page titles, meta descriptions, structured headings).
- Contact form, social links, and any business-info blocks (hours, location, gallery) you've asked for.
What we don't include
The Free Website service is a starter site, not a custom design or development project. So we don't include:
- E-commerce stores (WooCommerce setups, payment integration, product imports).
- Custom plugin development or third-party API integrations.
- Ongoing content production beyond the initial launch.
- Logo design or brand identity work.
If you need any of those, we can scope a paid project — open a ticket and ask. The Free Website is a head start, not a ceiling.
After your site is live
Once we deploy, the site is yours. You'll get the WordPress admin login (most sites are built on WordPress), and you can edit content, add pages, install plugins, or hand it to a designer at any time. You're not locked into the version we built.
