What does "unmanaged" mean here?
You get a virtual server with full root access and nothing pre-imposed: your choice of operating system, your software, your configuration. We keep the host node, the network, and the platform running; everything inside the server is yours to command.
So what support do I actually get?
Real humans, reachable around the clock, who will genuinely try to help with what is inside your server too. That help is best effort: we do not guarantee outcomes on software we do not control, and we say that upfront. Platform issues, the node, the network, and billing are fully on us, always.
Can I resize or switch plans later?
You can scale to a bigger plan whenever you need. With 100+ configurations in the lineup there is room to grow in place before you ever need to migrate.
Which operating systems can I install?

What is the difference between this and your managed VPS?
On our managed Virtual Private Servers we run the stack for you, and that stack is optimized for web hosting: setup, hardening, updates, and monitoring, all tuned for serving websites. On Unmanaged VPS you run everything yourself, with full root and the whole catalog to choose from, and our people stay reachable when you want help. If your server exists to host websites and you would rather never think about it, managed is the better fit.
Are backups included?
Automatic backups are an optional addon priced at a flat share of your plan, and the builder shows the exact monthly number for your configuration before you commit. You can also roll your own backup strategy - it is your server.
What does the DDoS protection addon cover?
A flat-priced monthly addon with 10 Gbps of mitigation, available in every location we offer. Add it at deploy time or run without it.
Do you offer GPU servers?
Yes. The lineup includes NVIDIA GPU configurations, from small VRAM slices for inference and rendering up to large dedicated-GPU plans, deployable in supported locations straight from the builder.
How fast is a server live?
Around an hour. Configure it in the builder, pay, and the server provisions with your chosen OS or one-click app already in place.
How does billing work?
Monthly, or yearly with 10% off. Automatic backups add 20% of your plan price; DDoS protection is a flat monthly addon. The order builder shows every exact number before you pay, and the renewal price is the price you saw.
