No. Your current site keeps running while we build the copy on our side, and we only switch after you approve it. For a short while after the switch, visitors can land on either copy while the internet updates its records - both work.
Could I lose my site?
No. The original stays untouched at your old host until you say go. If something looks off on our copy, we fix it before your visitors ever see a change.
How long does it take?
Usually under 24 hours from the moment your details reach us. Very large accounts or a batch of sites can stretch that, and we'll say so upfront rather than surprise you.
Will my email keep working?
