You don't have to share your password to let someone work on your account. Invite them as a team member: they get their own login, and you decide exactly what they can see and do. Change or remove their access any time.
Invite someone
- Sign in and go to Account → Team (or the Team tile on your Account page).
- Click Invite a member and enter their email.
- Pick a preset or tick the permissions yourself (see below).
- Send. They receive an invitation link that works for 7 days.
If the person has no Flashcloud login yet, the link lets them set a name and password and signs them straight in. If they already sign in to Flashcloud with that email, they sign in as usual and accept the invitation from there.
Didn't arrive, or expired? Open Team and click Resend — a new link goes out and the old one stops working. Withdraw cancels an invitation.
Permissions
| Permission | What it allows |
|---|---|
| View services | See your hosting plans and their details |
| Manage services | Use the hosting tools: files, email, databases, DNS, cron, PHP, backups |
| Open control panels | One-click sign-in to cPanel, phpMyAdmin and WP Toolkit |
| Manage WordPress | Install, update and manage WordPress sites |
| View domains | See your domains and their status |
| Manage domains | Nameservers, DNS records, lock, auto-renew, WHOIS privacy |
| View invoices | See and download invoices. Paying stays with you |
| Support tickets | See your account's tickets, open new ones and reply — under their own name |
| Cloudflare CDN | Toggle proxy and caching, purge the cache |

Presets save a few clicks: Full access (everything above), Developer (services, control panels, WordPress, Cloudflare, domains — no billing), Billing (invoices only), Read-only (view services, domains and invoices; no changes, no tickets).
What members can never do
Some things belong to you alone, whatever permissions you grant: paying invoices and saved cards, placing orders, upgrades and cancellations, your profile, email, password, two-factor and Support PIN, domain contacts, transfers and renewals, AI Agents, Referrals, and Free Website or Free Transfer requests.
What a member sees
After signing in with their own email and password, a member sees a shorter menu with only the areas you allowed, and a Member badge in the sidebar. Opening a link to anything else shows "This area isn't available to you". Their dashboard shows only what they may open.
A member with the Support tickets permission opens and answers tickets as themselves: our support team sees their name, and replies go to their email. You see those tickets too.
Change or remove access
On the Team page, click Permissions next to a member to change what they can do, or Remove to take their access away. Either takes effect within a minute: after a permission change the member is asked to sign in again; a removed member can't sign in at all.
The Activity section on the same page shows who was invited, who accepted, and every permission change, with dates.
A member's own login
Members manage their own sign-in under Your login (click your name at the bottom of the sidebar): change the password, and turn on two-factor authentication with an authenticator app. These settings belong to the member's login, not to your account. Forgot password on the sign-in page works for members too.
Good to know
- One person can be a member of several accounts, but they'll see only the account they signed in to for now. An account switcher is coming.
