Every AI assistant you connect to Flashcloud, whether it's Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, or Cursor, shows up in one place: Goodies → AI Agents in your portal. From there you can see what each assistant is allowed to do, check when it was last used, and disconnect it if you want to pull access.
You don't need to manage anything on the assistant's side to change this. The portal is the control point for every connection, no matter which tool you used to set it up.
What the AI Agents page shows you
Open Goodies → AI Agents and you'll see a card for each connected assistant. Each card lists:
- Which permissions are turned on for that agent
- A connector URL on the page itself,
https://mcp.flashcloud.com/mcp, ready to copy if you're setting up another assistant - Its connected and last-used dates
Actions always ask you before they run, every single time.
Connecting a new assistant
If you haven't connected an assistant yet, or you're adding a second one, the setup steps are specific to each tool. See the guides for Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini, or the general overview at Connect an AI assistant if you're using a different MCP-compatible tool.
Reviewing what an agent has done
Each agent's card shows its connected and last-used dates. If you connected an assistant a while ago and haven't checked in since, this is the place to look before you decide whether to keep the connection as-is or disconnect it.
If anything looks unfamiliar, disconnect the assistant, then open a ticket so our team can look into it.
Revoking access
Open the assistant's card in Goodies → AI Agents to disconnect it.
When to contact support
If you disconnect an assistant but still see unexpected activity on your account, or if the AI Agents page shows a connection you don't recognize at all, open a ticket from Support in the portal. Our team is real people, not another bot, and can look into account-level activity that falls outside what the AI Agents page shows you directly.
