You can connect an AI assistant — Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or any tool that supports the Model Context Protocol — directly to your Flashcloud account. Once connected, you can ask it about your account in plain language ("When does my domain expire?", "Show me my unpaid invoices", "Is my website's cache on?") and, if you choose, let it make changes for you with a confirmation step every time.
Everything happens over a secure sign-in. The assistant never sees your password, and it can only touch the parts of your account you approve.
The connector URL
Every assistant uses the same address:

You'll paste this into your assistant's settings. It's also shown, ready to copy, in your portal under Goodies → AI Agents.
What an assistant can do
When you connect, you choose what to allow:
- Reading (recommended, on by default): your account overview, invoices and renewal dates, hosting services, domains, DNS records, mailbox names, support tickets, plan catalog, platform status, and our help articles.
- Actions (optional, off by default): editing DNS, creating mailboxes or resetting mailbox passwords, updating WordPress plugins and themes, toggling maintenance mode, purging caches, unblocking a firewall block on your account, and opening a support ticket.
Actions always ask you first. When an assistant wants to change something, it shows you exactly what will change and waits for your explicit "yes" before anything happens. Nothing is changed silently.
What an assistant can never do
For your safety, some things only ever happen inside the portal — no assistant can do them, no matter what:
- Make a payment or touch your saved cards
- Change your password or two-factor settings
- Change your account contact details
- Cancel a service or transfer a domain away
- Place an order that charges you
Managing connected assistants
Go to Goodies → AI Agents in your portal any time to:
- See every connected assistant and exactly what it's allowed to do
- Review a full activity timeline of everything any assistant has done
- Disconnect an assistant instantly (it loses access immediately)
