Submit your HostArmada cPanel address and login through Free Transfer in the portal sidebar, and a migration specialist copies your files, database, and email to Flashcloud at no charge. Your HostArmada site stays live and serving visitors the entire time.
What to share from HostArmada
HostArmada runs standard cPanel, so the fastest path is your cPanel URL plus a username and password. That single login gets a migration specialist into your files, MySQL databases, and email accounts without you having to export anything by hand. If you'd rather not type a password into a web form, submit the Free Transfer request with everything else filled in and note in the comments that you'll send credentials separately, then use the secure share panel from a support ticket instead.
Don't have cPanel access, only an account login at HostArmada's client area? Send that instead and mention it in the notes. A specialist can usually work from either one. The full form walkthrough, including what each field is for, is in Requesting your Free Transfer, step by step.
How long it takes and what stays live
Free Transfer migrations typically finish in 2-5 business days. Larger sites with big databases or a lot of email can take longer. The copy happens in the background on Flashcloud; as long as your domain's DNS still points at HostArmada, visitors and email keep working on the old server.
Email: bring it along
If you run mailboxes on HostArmada, the transfer can move them along with your site. If you'd rather handle email on a different timeline than the rest of the site, mention that in the Free Transfer notes or ask about it in a support ticket.
Already paid HostArmada for time you won't use
If you're mid-term on a HostArmada plan, moving your site doesn't mean writing off what you already paid for it. Flashcloud can credit some of that unused prepaid time to your account, separate from the free migration itself. See Migration credit for unused hosting time for what qualifies and how to request it.
Moving from Wix, Squarespace, or Shopify instead
Everything above assumes a standard cPanel host like HostArmada, where a specialist can log in and pull files and databases directly. Wix, Squarespace, and Shopify don't work that way: they're closed platforms with no cPanel, no file access, and no exportable database in the usual sense. A "migration" off one of those means rebuilding the site on WordPress or another platform Flashcloud hosts, not copying files. If that's your situation, name the source platform in the Free Transfer notes field, since a platform rebuild is a different job than a like-for-like cPanel copy.
Getting started
Read through Your first day with Flashcloud: a setup checklist if this is a new account, then submit the Free Transfer form with your HostArmada details. If anything about your setup doesn't fit the standard cPanel flow, open a ticket in the portal under Support and a real person will sort out the details before the migration starts.
