Kinsta doesn't provide cPanel access, so there's nothing to "log into" the way there is with a typical shared host. The fastest path is to submit our Free Transfer form with your Kinsta login details instead of a cPanel login, and let a migration specialist handle it from there. Your Kinsta site keeps serving visitors the whole time.
What to hand over
On the Free Transfer form, set your current provider to Kinsta and give the specialist login or access details for the site rather than trying to find a cPanel that doesn't exist. See Requesting your Free Transfer, step by step for how we handle that handoff, including the notes field for anything that does not fit the form.
What actually moves
The specialist copies your WordPress site over to your Flashcloud hosting. Once WordPress lands here, it runs through our normal stack: LiteSpeed with LSCache pre-configured and Redis object caching, so expect to see a different (not necessarily worse) caching layer under the hood. You can set the PHP version afterward from the PHP Version tile in the portal.
Email is a separate question. If you're using a third-party provider like Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 for this domain, nothing changes there until you're ready to update MX records.
Domain and DNS
Kinsta sites are usually reached either through Kinsta's own nameservers or through a third-party DNS provider like Cloudflare pointed at a Kinsta IP. Either way, the domain itself almost never lives at Kinsta, so there's no domain transfer involved, just a DNS cutover once the migrated copy checks out. The transfer process itself is unaffected by which host you're leaving.
Before you cancel anything at Kinsta, check whether you prepaid for time you won't use. If you did, see migration credit for unused hosting time for how to get that credited toward your Flashcloud invoices instead of losing it.
Moving a non-WordPress site, or one on Wix, Squarespace, or Shopify instead
Everything above assumes a Kinsta WordPress site. If you're actually coming from a closed platform like Wix, Squarespace, or Shopify rather than Kinsta, the mechanics are different: those platforms don't expose files or a database at all, and the move is closer to a rebuild than a file transfer. See the first-day setup checklist for what your old platform lets you export and which path fits.
If something doesn't look right after the move
Open a ticket from Support in the portal if the moved site shows missing images, broken plugins, or anything that didn't survive the copy. Include what page it's on and what looks wrong; a real person on our support team will look at it.
