The Handcrafted Starter Website service provides eligible customers with a professionally designed website consisting of up to four basic pages. The standard page configuration includes a home page that serves as the main landing page for your website, an about page that provides information about you or your business, a services or products page that describes what you offer, and a contact page that allows visitors to reach you. The service includes several basic design elements that together create a cohesive and professional appearance for your website. Your website will feature a responsive design that adapts to different screen sizes, ensuring that visitors can view your site properly whether they are using a desktop computer, tablet, or mobile phone. The service includes color scheme customization so that your website reflects your brand or personal preferences. If you have an existing logo, we will integrate it into your website design. The service also includes implementation of a basic contact form to allow visitors to send you messages, as well as the addition of links to your social media profiles if applicable. There are certain features and services that are not included in the complimentary Handcrafted Starter Website offering. Additional pages beyond the four included pages are not part of the standard service. E-commerce functionality, including shopping carts, payment processing, and product catalogs, is not included. Custom programming, scripting, or database integration falls outside the scope of this service. We do not create custom graphics or design logos as part of this offering, and you must provide your own logo if you wish to have one on your site. Stock photography is not included, meaning you must provide all images you wish to use on your website and ensure you have the appropriate rights to use them. Search engine optimization services, content writing, and copywriting services are not included. Ongoing maintenance and updates after the initial delivery are not part of the complimentary service. Third-party integrations, plugins, email marketing setup, and advanced forms or interactive features are also excluded from the standard offering. Many of these additional services may be available for an additional fee, and you should contact our sales team if you are interested in learning more about pricing for enhanced features.

The Handcrafted Starter Website service is available to customers who meet specific eligibility criteria designed to ensure that the service is provided to active, qualifying FlashCloud hosting customers. To be eligible for this service, you must have an active FlashCloud hosting account that is in good standing with no outstanding balance or unresolved issues. You must be subscribed to one of the qualifying hosting plans, which include any tier of our shared hosting plans, any tier of our WordPress hosting plans, any tier of our VPS hosting plans, dedicated server hosting, or cloud hosting. Customers who meet these criteria are generally eligible to request the Handcrafted Starter Website service. Certain customers are not eligible for this complimentary service even if they otherwise meet the plan requirements. Customers whose accounts are in arrears or have been suspended for any reason are not eligible. Customers who have previously received a Handcrafted Starter Website are not eligible for an additional complimentary website. Reseller customers may not request this service for accounts they have resold to their own customers. Customers who use only FlashCloud's domain registration services without an accompanying hosting plan are not eligible for this service. Each eligible customer may receive one Handcrafted Starter Website per account. This limitation ensures that we can continue to offer this valuable service to all qualifying customers. If you require additional websites beyond your one complimentary site, additional websites may be available for a fee.

To request the Handcrafted Starter Website service, you should submit a request through your Client Area or contact our support team. You will need to provide information about your business or website project so that our design team can understand your needs. We will then schedule a design consultation with you, which may take place via phone, email, or live chat depending on your preference and availability. During this consultation, we will discuss your business and website goals, your design preferences including colors, style, and layout, how you want your content organized, and any specific requirements that fall within the scope of the service. Following the design consultation, you will need to provide the content and images for your website. You must supply the text content for all pages, as our service does not include content writing or copywriting. You must also provide all images you wish to use on your website, and you must have the legal rights to use those images. If you have a logo, you should provide it in a web-ready format such as PNG, SVG, or high-resolution JPG. You will need to provide the contact information you want displayed on your contact page and the links to any social media profiles you want included on your site. It is important to provide all required content in a timely manner, as failure to provide the required content within fourteen days of the design consultation may result in cancellation of your service request. Once we receive all required content from you, our design team will create your website. Design delivery typically occurs within three to five business days after receiving all required content. After we deliver the initial design, you will have five business days to review the design and request any revisions you may want. If you request revisions, final delivery of the revised design typically occurs within two to three business days. The total estimated time from content submission to final delivery is approximately ten to fifteen business days, though actual timelines may vary depending on various factors. The service includes one round of revisions to the initial design at no additional cost. This revision round may include color adjustments, layout modifications within the scope of the original design, text corrections, and image replacements. Additional revision rounds or significant design changes that go beyond minor adjustments may incur additional fees.

As the customer, you bear certain responsibilities throughout the design process and for the ongoing operation of your website. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all content you provide for your website. You must ensure that the content you provide does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and rights of publicity. You are responsible for ensuring that your content complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. You must obtain any necessary permissions for images and other content before providing them to us for inclusion on your website. Timely communication is essential to the successful completion of your website. You agree to respond to design consultation requests within five business days of our initial outreach. You agree to provide all requested content within fourteen days of the design consultation. You agree to review deliverables and provide feedback within five business days of each delivery. Delays in your responses may result in corresponding delays to your project or, in cases of extended non-responsiveness, cancellation of your service request. All content you provide must comply with FlashCloud's Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy, as well as all applicable laws and regulations. FlashCloud reserves the right to refuse to include any content that violates these policies. If you submit content that we determine violates our policies, we will contact you to discuss alternatives, but we are not obligated to include content that we believe to be in violation.

The intellectual property rights associated with the Handcrafted Starter Website are divided between FlashCloud and the customer based on the nature of the materials involved. FlashCloud retains ownership of the underlying design templates and frameworks used to create your website. FlashCloud retains ownership of any code libraries, scripts, and technical components that we develop or license for use across multiple customer websites. FlashCloud also retains ownership of our design methodologies, processes, and know-how that we apply in creating websites. You retain complete ownership of the content you provide for your website. This includes all text content you write or commission, all images you provide, your logo and branding materials, and any other original content you create. Your ownership of this content is not affected by its incorporation into your website. Upon completion of the service and delivery of your final website, FlashCloud grants you a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the website design for your business purposes. This license allows you to use and display your website for as long as you maintain your FlashCloud hosting account. In return, you grant FlashCloud a license to display your completed website in our portfolio and marketing materials as an example of our work. If you prefer that we not use your website in our portfolio, you may opt out of this license by notifying us in writing.

The Handcrafted Starter Website must be hosted on a FlashCloud hosting account and is designed to work within our hosting environment. The website cannot be transferred to a non-FlashCloud hosting provider while utilizing the design we create, and it must remain on an active FlashCloud hosting plan to receive the benefits of this service. While the Handcrafted Starter Website service itself is complimentary, standard hosting fees continue to apply to your hosting account. Domain registration fees for any domains associated with your website continue to apply. Any additional services you request beyond the scope of the complimentary offering will be billed separately according to the pricing provided at the time of your request. If you terminate your FlashCloud hosting account, certain limitations apply regarding the use of your website. You may export and retain the content you provided, including text and images. However, the website design template that we created may not be transferred to another hosting provider or reused elsewhere, as FlashCloud retains ownership of the underlying design elements. FlashCloud has no obligation to provide design files, source code, or technical assets beyond what is normally accessible through your hosting account.

FlashCloud provides certain warranties regarding the Handcrafted Starter Website service. We warrant that the website we create will be professionally designed in accordance with current web design standards. We warrant that the website will function properly on modern web browsers that are commonly in use at the time of delivery. We warrant that the website will be mobile-responsive, meaning it will display appropriately on mobile devices as well as desktop computers. Beyond the specific warranties stated above, the service is provided on an "as is" basis without warranty of any kind. FlashCloud expressly disclaims all other warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that the website will meet all of your requirements or expectations, or that the website will achieve any particular business results. FlashCloud's liability for any claims arising from or related to the Handcrafted Starter Website service shall not exceed the total hosting fees paid by the customer in the twelve months preceding the claim. In no event shall FlashCloud be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, regardless of the cause of action or whether FlashCloud has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

FlashCloud reserves the right to modify the Handcrafted Starter Website service at any time. Such modifications may include changes to eligibility requirements, modifications to the features included in the service, or adjustments to timelines and processes. Any modifications will be posted on our website and will apply to new service requests submitted after the modifications are posted. Modifications do not affect service requests that are already in progress. FlashCloud may discontinue the Handcrafted Starter Website service entirely at any time by providing thirty days' notice. If we discontinue the service, we will complete all service requests that are already in progress at the time of the discontinuation announcement. You may cancel your service request at any time before final delivery by contacting our support team. Because the Handcrafted Starter Website service is complimentary, no refund is applicable upon cancellation. If you cancel your request, any work completed on your website prior to cancellation will not be provided to you. FlashCloud may cancel your service request under certain circumstances. We may cancel if you fail to respond within the required timeframes specified in these terms. We may cancel if the content you provide violates our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy. We may cancel if your hosting account becomes inactive or is suspended for any reason. We may also cancel if you become ineligible for the service due to changes in your account status or plan.

FlashCloud provides support during the design process to help ensure that your website is created according to your specifications. We provide basic guidance on using your new website after delivery and assistance with the initial launch of your site. After delivery of your completed website, ongoing support is limited to standard hosting support for your hosting account and technical assistance with issues affecting the basic functionality of your website. Content updates, design changes, additional features, and ongoing maintenance are not included in the complimentary service and may be available for an additional fee if you require such assistance.
