What you can do from the portal
The Flashcloud portal is the single place you manage everything. From the sidebar, you can:
- Dashboard — at-a-glance view of your services, recent invoices, and any open support tickets.
- Services — every hosting plan, VPS, or dedicated server you have with us. Click into any service to manage files, databases, email, WordPress sites, DNS, and more.
- Domains — every domain you've registered or transferred to us. Renew, edit DNS, manage contacts, transfer in or out.
- Marketplace — browse and order more hosting, register new domains, transfer existing ones in.
- Billing — invoices, payment methods, automatic payments, refund requests.
- Account — your profile, password, two-factor authentication, contact details.
- Support — open a ticket with our team. Replies land in the portal and your email.
What we manage for you
Hosting on Flashcloud is genuinely managed. We take care of:
- Server patching and security updates — we keep the underlying OS, web server, and PHP versions safe.
- SSL certificates — auto-issued and auto-renewed for every domain on your account.
- Backups — daily automatic backups for shared and WordPress hosting, with point-in-time restore.
- Caching and performance — LiteSpeed and Redis are pre-configured, no plugins to install.
- DNS — backed by Cloudflare for shared/WordPress, anycast routing worldwide.
- Malware scanning and DDoS protection — running quietly in the background.
You focus on your site. We focus on the infrastructure.
What's yours
You own:
- Your content, code, databases, and email.
- Your domain registrations and DNS records.
- Your WordPress admin, FTP credentials, and database access.
Everything is yours, exportable, and movable. We don't lock you in.
Where to go for…
- "How do I install WordPress?" → Services → click your hosting → WordPress tile.
- "My domain isn't loading" → Domains → click the domain → check nameservers and DNS.
- "I want to upgrade my plan" → Services → click the service → Upgrade.
- "I forgot my password" → Sign in → "Forgot your password?"
- "My card declined" → Billing → update payment methods, then retry the invoice.
- "I need help" → Support. Replies in minutes during business hours.
A few things worth doing in week one
- Turn on two-factor authentication at Account → Security. It takes 60 seconds and protects you from password leaks.
- Save a payment method at Account → Payment methods. Future renewals become one click.
