Yes. Flashcloud hosting plans can be billed monthly, annually, or every three years; you pick the cycle at checkout. Monthly costs more per month than the longer cycles, but it's the most flexible option: nothing is locked in past 30 days.
How to choose monthly at signup
On the order form for any hosting plan, the billing cycle is a selectable option next to the plan itself. Monthly is usually the first or default choice. Picking a longer cycle (annual, biennial, etc.) can lower the per-month cost. For the full breakdown of what each cycle saves and who it fits, see Monthly vs annual billing cycles.
What monthly billing means in practice
On a monthly plan, your card is charged once a month for the hosting service. You can cancel at any point without forfeiting a large prepaid balance, which makes monthly the safer choice if you're not sure yet how long you'll keep the plan, or if you're testing whether a host fits before committing further.
The tradeoff is cost. Longer cycles typically lower the per-month rate compared to paying monthly. If you know you're keeping the site for a while, monthly is the more expensive way to pay for the same service over time.
Some offers may be tied to specific billing cycles. Check the order form to see the current terms before you pick monthly.
Switching from monthly to a longer cycle (or back)
You're not locked into whatever cycle you picked at signup.
- Open a ticket with the Billing department through the portal and tell us which service and which cycle you want; they take it from there.
If you're on monthly and want to move to annual mid-cycle, open a ticket and our billing team will go over your options with you.
You can also ask about changing cycles as part of a plan upgrade. Open a ticket with billing to coordinate both changes together.
Where to check or manage your billing
Your invoices and billing history live under Billing in the portal sidebar (the /invoices page), filterable by All, Unpaid, Overdue, Paid, or Cancelled. Payment methods are managed from the same page, in the Cards on file section at the bottom, or from /account under Payment methods. Cards are stored securely by Stripe, and you can set a default card or add a new one at any time.
When to contact support
If you want to switch billing cycles, need a mid-cycle change calculated, or aren't sure which cycle an existing service is on, open a ticket from Support in the portal. It goes to a real person, not a bot.
