BILLING & INVOICES

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all the major card brands, the two big mobile wallets, and — by arrangement with our billing team — bank transfers and other less-common methods. Whatever you use day-to-day, we've probably got you covered.

At a glance

  • Cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover.
  • Mobile wallets — Apple Pay, Google Pay.
  • Bank transfer — available on arrangement with billing.
  • Saved cards — one-click renewals, you stay in control.
  • Auto-renewal — opt-in per service, with grace periods on failed charges.

Cards

We accept:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express
  • Discover

Card payments are processed through Stripe (PCI-DSS compliant). Your card details never touch Flashcloud's servers — they go directly from your browser to Stripe, encrypted in transit. We store a token, not the card number.

Mobile wallets

Mobile wallets show up automatically at checkout if your device supports them. There's nothing to set up on our end.

  • Apple Pay — works in Safari on macOS and iOS, and in any browser on a device with a registered Apple Pay card.
  • Google Pay — works in Chrome and most modern browsers across Android, macOS, Windows, and Linux. On iOS, Apple gates Google Pay at the platform level, so you'll only see Apple Pay there.

Saved cards

When you complete an order, we'll offer to save the card for future renewals. If you say yes:

  • The card lives in Stripe, not in our database.
  • You can manage saved cards from Account → Payment methods.
  • The next renewal is one click — no card details to re-enter, no 3D Secure prompt unless your bank specifically asks for one.

You can remove saved cards at any time. Removing one doesn't affect any service — we'll just ask for a fresh card on the next renewal.

Auto-renewal

If you have a saved card, we offer to charge it automatically when invoices are issued. You stay in control:

  • Turn auto-renewal on or off per service — not all-or-nothing.
  • Failed charges send you an email and surface a banner in the portal. Your service stays active for a grace period while we retry.
  • You can pay manually at any time from Billing even with auto-renewal on.

Bank transfer and other arrangements

We accept bank transfers by arrangement with our billing team. This is typically used for:

  • Larger annual or multi-year invoices.
  • Corporate accounts where the finance team prefers wire transfer over card.
  • Customers in regions where card payments are awkward.

If you need to pay by bank transfer — or if you have any other payment situation that doesn't fit the standard flow — just open a ticket with our billing team. We're flexible. Tell us what you need and we'll work it out: bank transfer details, custom invoicing terms, separate billing entities, longer payment windows for enterprise accounts. Whatever it is, ask.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the original payment method:

  • Card — refund hits the same card.
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay — refund hits the underlying card those wallets used.
  • Bank transfer — refund returns to the same account, by transfer.

Most refunds appear within 5–10 business days, though the exact timing depends on your bank.
